These are general preparation notes. We will confirm any individual guidance before treatment.
Before your visit
- Shave the area 12–24 hours before your appointment.
- Avoid waxing, epilating or plucking beforehand.
- Keep the area free from creams, oils and deodorant.
- Tell us about medication, recent tanning or skin sensitivity.
After your visit
- Treat the area gently and keep it cool.
- Avoid hot baths, sauna and intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Use sun protection and avoid direct tanning.
- Contact us if you have any unexpected reaction or concern.
